World globalization trend experienced in the economic structure, the characteristics of the labor supply in the labor market as well as the jobs in the labor market that has been the cause of change. The new business areas occur in the information and communications sector, particularly in the services sector has made it inevitable restructuring of employment policies. Turkey began in the 1950s accelerated after 1980 internal migration caused by the structural transformation of the labor market factors, globalization has brought about the redesign of working conditions under the influence. After World War II concentration in the world winning women's labor market participation and labor changes that occur, the result of rapid urbanization taking place in Turkey presents itself since the 1980s.
